Abstract: Music has a communicative power in human society that transcends language. This is particularly true for the nurturer and child, or for children when they are together, for if music is parcel to their development, so alsowill there be a sense of social responsibility as well as a rich emotional life. In today's competitive society where there has been a weakening of societal bonds such as the nuclear family, there has also been a diminishing of the bonds between people. One worries about the emotional education of our children. In this research article, I continue my study of how children use music as a 'Medium'during their childhood, and how they have common modes of emotional reception. My theory points out howa rich receptivity to music goes together to aid in educating a sense of social interaction. In my theory, I do not employ the usual 'musical instruments,' but instead instruments mede of bamboo, and even ensembles made up of these new varieties as an experiment to prove how, in human society, 'sound tools' become musical instruments as a 'process' that overlaps with social development.
