Abstract: | Based upon a long historical connection with China, the then Governor of Nagasaki Prefecture, dispatched a delegation as the first local government to do so in 1972. The Nagasaki Bureau in Shanghai plays a role as one node of a wide network for Sino-Nagasaki exchange. Even after the recent global financial crisis China shows a resilient market state, and Shanghai is unlikely to standstill. |
