Abstract

The purpose of studying this paper is to search for a policy for the Nagasaki area port to be revitalized. The Nagasaki area port must make customs business 24-hour. As the result, an international physical distribution becomes a nonstop. Moreover, the Nagasaki area port must receive authorization of a special economic zone so that an economic activity can be performed efficiently, and it must ease laws and regulations. The Nagasaki area port can build the status as a key point of a physical distribution through this reform.
