高齢在宅療養者を介護する介護者の意識

Abstract

［Purpose] The purpose of this study was to examine,1) the feeling of burden of caregiver,2) continuing consciousness of caregiver for home care, 3) interaction between caregiver and elderly, 4) satisfaction with the home visit nursing care and 5) the frequency of the social resouce and social service used by caregiver. [Subject and Method] The elderly were over 65 years old. They belonged to the two groups,B and C,by using of the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Scale made by the Ministry of Health & Welfare. The researcher face to face interviewed them and the caregiver. The subjects composed of 12 elderly people and 12 caregivers. [Results] The results were as follows.

1. One half and over of caregiver answered that they felt burden of taking care of the elderly. 2. In the continuing consciousness,8 people (67%) responded that I made up my mind to be with the elderly while the breathes his/her for last. 3. In the interaction between caregiver and the elderly, 12 people said very so to the question,"Die the elderly work hard until now?" 4. There were no caregiver who did not satisfy the home visit nursing care service.
